Wicket is damn cool technology. The developers are extremely helpful, mostly :-)
I still feel that the focus of the wicket project is to make really cool and useful tech. and not so much trying to 'sell the product'. This I think is something that differs from Tapestry. Howard really tries to package tapetry in shiny shrink wrap.
Even though Tapestry and wicket are very different beasts under the hood I think people will compare them because, face it, they are the only java web frameworks that zooms.Zoomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18242700034929571579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6069439299305224730.post-7645929750052420962007-09-06T08:17:00.000+02:002007-09-06T08:17:00.000+02:00Some people come in on the mailing list and act li...Some people come in on the mailing list and act like little spoiled princesses. You're probably talking about Igor. We've also got Martijn, Eelco and myself and you'll have a totally different experience depending on who responds. Also, wanted to mention that you can now preorder wicket in action from amazon.com if you want better documentation soon.jonathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03834406973114146839noreply@blogger.com
